At Serenity Knives Houston, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and curated selection; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your knife or accessory is in its original, unused condition with all factory packaging, documentation, and safety guards intact.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our Houston shop via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent blade damage or movement during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
